This operating mode serves to address KNX shutter actors.
A short-time object A/B and a long-time object A/B are generated by default, whereby
[0] is sent when receiving a keycode A and [1] when receiving a keycode B to the re-
spective group objects of the KNX bus.
In the operating mode [short and long-time command], the system evaluates PRIOR to
triggering the KNX command whether the respective object is a long or a short-time
object. Pressing the button for <1.6 s is interpreted as a short-time command, pressing
the button for >1.6 s as a long-time command.
