Introduction to Command WorkStation

Server

Log In/Log Out

Allows you to log in or log out of the Fiery X3e and add and
remove Fiery X3e servers from the list.

Setup

Opens the Setup options for the Fiery X3e currently selected
in the Active Jobs window.

Manage Color

Opens ColorWise Pro Tools. For more information, see the

Manage Font

Allows you to

download fonts to the Fiery X3e currently

selected in the Active Jobs window. You can also delete fonts
currently resident on the Fiery X3e.

Restart Server

Allows you to restart the Fiery X3e currently selected in the
Active Jobs window, without shutting down the Fiery X3e
hard disk. This command is available only if you are logged
in as Administrator.

After you restart the Fiery X3e, you may need to log

in to the Fiery X3e again to reestablish the connection.

Reboot Server

Allows you to restart the Fiery X3e currently selected in the
Active Jobs window, after shutting down the Fiery X3e hard
disk. This command is available only if you are logged in as
Administrator.

Job Log

Clears the contents of the job log for the Fiery X3e currently

• PS Test Page
• PCL Test Page
• Configuration
• Job Log
• Control Panel Map
• Color Charts
