9.2.1.3 Connection manager object, class 0x06
The communication characteristics between the applications
in different devices are modelled using Connection Objects.
The entities (devices) involved in a connection are referred
to as endpoints. A Connection Manager is required in
some CIP networks to control the aspects of Connection
object instances.
The Connection Manager class allocates and manages the
internal resources associated with both I/O and Explicit
Messaging connections.
