6.3 Periodic maintenance of monitoring system
It is recommended to periodically check the working status of the monitoring module and sensors. This include
the following steps:
1. Check if there is warning information in the warning page and if there is, check the respective device.
2. Check the operating status of the UPS, cooler, environment, etc. in the monitoring main page and if the param-
eters operate with a normal display
3. Check if input and output parameters, battery and other parameters of the UPS are displayed normally in the
monitoring subpage of the UPS
4. Check if the air temperature and humidity of the input and output in the cooler’s device cluster monitoring
subpage is displayed normally or not and whether there is an overheating warning or not. If there is a warning
involved, it is necessary to find the cause and resolve the problem and then dismiss the warning.
5. Check if water leak, smoke and other warnings are displayed in the environment monitoring subpage. If there
is a warning involved, it is necessary to find the cause and resolve the problem and then dismiss the warning.
6. Check if the warning is displayed such as the access control in the monitoring door lock subpage. If there is a
warning involved, it is necessary to find the cause and resolve the problem and thereafter dismiss the warning.
7. Check if the temperature sensor connection of the cabinet operates normally or not and whether the fixing is
loose or moved.
8. Check if the location of the immersion sensor (the immersion line) is moved
9. Check if the smoke sensor operates normally or not and the interface is good
10. Check if the electronic lock can open normally
