2.3 Transportation and unpacking
CAUTION
Ask a qualified technician to install the data center room infrastructure
Transportation
The user needs to transport cabinets and cooling outdoor unit to the installation site. Since the components
of the cabinet are heavy, it is recommended to use the electric forklift or manual forklift when handling
and moving. When transporting, pay attention that the incline angle of the cargo should not exceed 10°,
as shown in the figure: 2.2 & 2.3.

Notes:
1. All devices should be always upright.
2. Since the device is relatively heavy, make sure the center of gravity of the device is balanced during transport.
3. The outdoor unit must be horizontal and vertical. Do not reverse the unit or set it upside down, otherwise the
cooler will be damaged.
Unpacking
For the convenience of unpacking and transporting the iCube 2.0, try to move the unit to the nearest flat ground
before upacking. The detailed unpacking steps are shown in the figure: 2.4.

The unpacking precedure is as follows:
1. Transport the packaged device to an open, flat and firm ground. Remove the packaging and cushion materials
2. Place the ramp pallet at the front of the cabinet as shown in the above figure: 2.4.
3. Open the front and rear doors, remove the angle bracket, and screw the feet to ensure smooth
movement of casters.
4. Close the front and rear doors. Slowly push the cabinet down along the pallet (Eaton recommends
at least 2 operators to perform this step to ensure safety).
