The Model HALO RB-10 Spectrophotometer is warranted to operate
according to the specifications given in the instruction manual,
provided it is used in accordance with the instructions described in
the manual.

(a) Any parts which prove to be defective in design or

workmanship during the warranty period will be repaired
without charge.

(b) A substitute part may be used for repair, or replacement

with an equivalent product may be made instead of repair.
