Before using the terminal

◆ microSD card
Attach microSD card or microSDHC card in the terminal
before use.
･
The terminal supports microSD card of up to 2 Gbytes,
and microSDHC card of up to 32 Gbytes (as of October,
2011). Note that DOCOMO does not guarantee actual
operations of all microSD cards and microSDHC cards.
･
Do not turn the power OFF or give shock while accessing
data on the microSD card. The data may corrupt.

Attaching/Removing microSD card

Unmount or turn the power off before attaching/
removing a microSD card.
■ Attaching
Open the slot cap of the terminal (

), align the microSD
card with the microSD card mark on the back side of the
terminal, then insert the microSD card with the IC side up
in the direction of
b
all the way until it clicks.
■ Removing
Open the slot cap of the terminal (
a
), press the microSD
card lightly toward
b
, pull out straight the popped out
microSD card in the direction of
c
.

Note that the microSD card may pop out of the terminal
when removing it.

Precautions on charging
･
If you use the terminal while charging, it may take time
to complete charging or charging may not complete.
･
It is normal for the terminal or AC adapter to become
warm while charging. When the terminal becomes
warm, charging may stop temporarily for the safety.
When the terminal becomes extremely hot, stop using
immediately.
･
The following conditions will lead to a charging error. In
the case of charging error, running functions are
stopped, the power is turned off, and the indicator light
turns off. Remove the charger.
- Charging voltage is high
- The internal battery is over-charged/over-discharged
- Charging is not complete after 10 hours or more
- The battery temperature becomes out of guaranteed
operating range.
