When checking the following items not to improve the
state, contact "Repairs" on the last page of this manual
(in Japanese only) or DOCOMO-specified repair office.
■
Power supply and charging
● The terminal cannot be turned ON.
Is the battery exhausted?
● The terminal cannot be charged (the charging light
does not turn on).
• Is the adapter's power plug or cigarette lighter plug
inserted to the outlet or cigarette lighter socket
correctly?
• Is the terminal connected to the included accessory
AC Adapter F05 correctly? → P23
• Is the charging jack of the terminal dirty when you
use desktop holder? If it is dirty, clean it with a dry
cloth or cotton swab.
• Is a PC turned on when you use the included PC
connection USB cable T01?
• If you perform communication or other function for
a long time while charging, internal temperature of
the terminal may increase and the light may be
turned off. Under high temperature condition, the
terminal stops charging for safety. Wait until the
temperature of the terminal drops after use and
retry charging.
• If you charge the terminal with the battery almost
exhausted, the terminal may stop charging in
approximately 13 minutes. In such case, remove the
connector of AC adapter, desktop holder, etc. and
insert again.
● Cannot turn the terminal OFF.
