Completing your Configuration Setup under

Windows NT

This chapter contains instructions for how to complete your configuration set up through Disk Administrator
under Windows NT.

4.1

Completing Configurations under Windows NT

In order for Windows NT to recognize new RAID Array 310 devices or changes to existing
configurations, you need to do the following:

•

Reboot your system to restart Windows NT after creating your RAID configuration

•

Verify that hszdisk.sys recognizes the devices you created for your RAID Array 310

•

Run the Windows NT Disk Administrator to partition and format the devices.

4.1.1

Rebooting your System

If after creating your RAID configuration, you have not rebooted your system, reboot it now.
