2.1 Preparing the Site

• Height = 35.3 cm (14.0 inches)

2.1.2 Additional Equipment

When you are installing additional equipment, follow these guidelines:
• Make sure that there is sufficient space for the terminals and other

peripheral equipment.

• Make sure that you keep the mass storage devices in an area that has the

same temperature and humidity as the computer area (see Table 2–1).

• When you plan the cable routing for multiple-terminal systems, consider

factors such as safety, convenience, future expansion, and cost. Label and

install the cables before you install the system.
