The idle time is processed directly (without entering
), as is the case with all other parame-
ters, provided the currently programmed program also corresponds to the active program and
provided the idle time change is made with keys
or
. That way it is possible to adapt
the idle time with the machine operating.
The display changes as follows on units with separate switch-on/switch-off idle time:
The idle time compensation option (or the option of entering a value) is
available only if the connected unit supports this function.
ATTENTION: It is very important that the difference between switch-on idle
time and switch-off idle time never exceed one of the times T

or

Cam_off
(see below), as otherwise this may result in an unforeseeable out-
put behaviour!
The cycle time is lower than having a common switch-on- and switch-off idle time (see chapter
"Technical details").
