The program can be changed at any time using the connector strip.
If pin "PROG_START" is permanently wired to 24 V, LOCON accepts the
program applied externally each time the unit is powered up.
3.5
Installation and commissioning of LOCON 24, 48 and 64
The screw-type plug connectors of the LOCON may be unplugged and
plugged in only with the power supply disconnected!!!
3.5.1
Connection of the supply voltage
The supply voltage is 24V DC (+/- 20%) and is applied to pins "+24V". The reference ground is
wired to "GND". The LOCON requires maximum 200 mA when not under load and not including
encoder power supply.
The corresponding inputs and outputs must be wired before switching on the supply voltage in
order to avoid malfunctions.
