LINEARIZATION
CONFIGURATION OF MAIN PARAMETERS OF DERIVATOR FUNCTION LIN 1 AND LIN 2:
It is used to modify a variable applied to the input, making the output to be a mathematic
function of the input.
VERY IMPORTANT:
To operate with this function, it is necessary that the points of input P03
and output P13, correspond to the Lo-Range and, the points of input P12 and output P22
correspond to the Hi-Range , as well as, the Span of the variable to linearize be at least of 1000
points.
PROCEDURE TO ASSIGNE THE LINEARIZERS, IN CASE IT WERE NOT ACTIVATED.
●
Activation of the Linearizer:
- In
[ConF] [Lin 1]
or in
[Lin 2]
depending on the one used, and in parameter
[P 01]
check
[??nn]
- If this code indicates
[??04]
(not assigned), modify the digits according to the following:
Most common virtual connections to Linearize:
Process Variable PV value of AI 1, AI 2, AI 3
[??09], [??10], [??11] respectively.
(Input signal)
Frequency value “DI 2”
[??12] Frequency
Arithmetic operator value “Art 1”...”Art 4”
[??30], [??31], [??32], [??33]
respectively
●
Number of Decimals X on the linearization input:
- In
[ConF] [Lin 1]
or
[Lin 2]
in parameter
[P 02]
modify the digit “n” in
[??n?]
- Set
[P 02]
to
[??0?]
(no decimals),
[??1?]
(0,0),
[??2?]
(0,00),
[??3?]
(0,000)
depending on the required number of decimals.
●
Number of Decimals Y on the linearization output:
- In
[ConF] [Lin 1]
or
[Lin 2]
in parameter
[P 02]
modify the digit “n” in
[???n]
- Set
[P 02] to
[???0]
(no decimals),
[???1]
(0.0),
[???2]
(0.00),
[???3]
(0.000)
depending on the required number of decimals.
Note:
These two parameters should have the same number of decimals as the variable to
linearize.
●
Setting of values X of the input signal to linearize:
- It is used to introduce 10 points of the analog variable to linearize.
- In
[Lin 1]
or
[Lin 2]
in
[P 03]
... to ...
[P 12]
introduce in
[nnnn]
the value of the 10 points
of teh signal to linearize.
●
Setting of values Y of the linearized output signal:
It is used to introduce the 10 values corresponding to every point of the signal to linearize.
- In
[Lin 1]
or
[Lin 2]
in
[P 13]
... to ...
[P 22]
introduce in
[nnnn]
the value of the 10 points
to linearize.
Note:
The values introduced correspond to measuring values, without decimals.
