PREPARING THE DEVICE TO OPERATE AS STEP BY STEP CONTROLLER

Here there is a brief explanation about the necessary parameters to be configured or
programmed in a standard 

HS-7000

 device to operate as one or two 

Step by Step 

Reverse

control loops, modulating the Open or Close pulses, by means of 2 relays, the position of a
motovalve, with or without feedback potentiometer.

Very Important:

Two 

Step by Step

 control loops can be programmed, where Y1 - Y2  are the outputs of loop 1

and Y3 - Y4 the outputs of loop 2.

CONFIGURATION OF LOOP 1 AS FOR STEP BY STEP CONTROL

Assign the output of PID 1 to the digital output DO 1 (relay output slot in Y1 OPEN VALVE).

- Enter in Configuration

and set the code

 in the parameter

Assign the output of PID 1 to the digital output DO 2 (relay output in slot Y2 CLOSE
VALVE).

NOTE:

 It is not necessary to assign a code to block

Assign the output of PID 2 to the digital output DO 3 (relay output slot in Y3 OPEN VALVE).
