Designation

SYSTEM_OK BOOL
System OK
This signal indicates that the AST40 – screwdriver
controller has started up and is ready.
READY BOOL
Ready
This signal indicates that the AST40 – screwdriver
controller is ready for screwdriver operation.
OK BOOL
Screwdriving cycle Ok
After making proper screwdriver operation, this signal has
the "high" state
NOK BOOL
Screwdriving cycle not Ok
After failing to make a proper screwdriver operation, this
signal has the "high" state
Sto1_active BOOL
Emergency stop signal 1 is active
This signal has the status “high”, when the Emergency
Stop circuit is functioning properly.
Sto2_active BOOL
Emergency stop signal 2 is active
This signal has the status “high”, when the Emergency
Stop circuit is functioning properly.
Cycle_active BOOL
Screwdriving cycle is active
This signal has the status “high” while the screwdriving
program is being edited.
OUT_ScrPrg_1 BOOL
Output 1 from the screwdriver program
This output may be set or reset in the screwdriver program
of the AST40 – controller and its state may be queried in
the PLC.
OUT_ScrPrg_2 BOOL
Output 2 from the screwdriver program
This output may be set or reset in the screwdriver program
of the AST40 – controller and its state may be queried in
the PLC.
OUT_ScrPrg_3 BOOL
Output 3 from the screwdriver program
