13.3 Statistic
If the command "statistic" is used in the screwdriving program then in the sequence
controller AST40 a statistic is kept about the last 100 values for the respective program.
The statistics are calculated from the measuring results of Measuring System 1.
The following values are calculated for moment and angle:
• Mean value
• Standard deviation absolute
• Standard deviation percentages, based on mean value
• CM value / CMK value
The CM / CMK values are only calculated if at least 5 samples are available. Results from
faulty screw assemblies are not included in the statistics.
Only the statistics for the corresponding shut-off criteria is available e.g. the statistics for
the torque during “Screw assembly to torque“.
The limits stored in the program are the limits used for the CM/CMK-value calculation.
The statistics can be displayed via the AST40 sequence controller (see
)
as well as the web-based user interface (see
). The statistic can be
deleted for individual programs or completely for all programs.
The statistic is deleted when the sequence controller AST40 is switched off.
13.4 Print output
Data can be printed out in ASCII format via the serial data port of the AST40. The
summary of the required values employs a format string template.
A format string can be summarized using random text and specified commands, whereby
texts can be output directly to the printer and commands can be replaced by the respective
valid value (see following table).
A command consisting of @ characters and ending with a blank character are shown for
this.
Changing the format string is only possible via the web-based user interface (see
10.3.3.2.1 General information
). The print output is activated by the command "Print"
during the screwdriving process. Results of NOK screwdriving processes are always
printed out.
