6.14 Electrical connection for EC motors with DencoHappel miniature switches CET EC
The DencoHappel HyCassette-Geko units with 4-way can be easily controlled
using the CET.EC switches.
According to unit model the following operating modes are possible:
–
Operating mode
Only Heating
(2-pipe system)
–

Connect the miniature switches using a factory-installed basic PCB. This terminal
block is located in the metal sheet electric switch cabinet mounted on the medium
connection side of the basic casing (see Fig. 6-1).

1) =
Place jumper between terminal 814 and 815 on last unit and jumper between 806 and 816 on first unit.
3) = connect valves, if available for unit model. Otherwise only fan control.
For a 4 -L pipe system, connect the heating valve with terminal 873, the cooling valve with terminal 875.
For a 2-pipe heating system, connect with terminal 873.
For a 2 pipe cooling system connect with terminal 875.
For a 2 pipe changeover system, connect the valve with terminal 875.

The connections in the light gray highlighted were performed at the factory.

NOTICE!
Before starting with connections, check that the order code of the unit's electri-
cal equipment matches the wiring diagram. Always put the jumper between ter-
minal 814 and 815 on the last unit.
For units with external thermal contact, the alarm signal can be tapped off.
Refer to the unit connection diagram for connecting terminals with error mes-
sages. According to the relevant regulations, an all-pole isolating device must
be provided by others on site.
A maximum of 10mA current and 30V voltage can be applied to fault signal out-
puts. In a trouble-free state the output transistor is closed (E, C path).
According to the relevant regulations, an all-pole isolating device must be pro-
vided by others on site. If an earth leakage circuit breaker is used, then use all-
current sensitive types (type B).
