Mounting the 4-way design panel 

NOTE ABOUT SHADOW JOINT!

Depending on the chosen ceiling opening and mounting variant and in order to 
compensate an uneven ceiling surface, the design panel uses a run-around 
shadow joint of approximate 4 mm to the suspended ceiling - see chapter°4.3.1 
"Ceiling opening - 4-way" on page 39. 
This shadow joint is 

optionally

 lockable via a separately enclosed white foam 

sealing strip before the design panel is mounted. For this purpose, put the 
design panel with the air outlet louvre downwards on a flat surface and glue the 
foam sealing strip evenly on the surrounding  exterior edge of the design panel.

gesonderte Betriebsanleitung zur Montage des IR-Emp-
fängers, bevor Sie die Blende montieren. In diesem Fall 
wird nach Installation des IR-Empfängers zunächst der 
weiße oder graue Adapter separat ohne Blende mit 
3 Schrauben am Gerät befestigt.

Put on the cover (incl. the loosely placed white or gray 
adapters) from below and fasten the design panel with 
the 4 screws (Fig. 4-18, pos. 2) to the unit, on the 
provided threaded bushings. 

•

Put the air-intake grille back in again and fix it with the 
white screw (Fig. 4-17) with a one-quarter turn (Fig. 4-
16).
