Pos. 1:
Internal safety fuse 6.3 A
Pos. 2:
Basic PCB power supply 230 V AC fusing by others max B 16 A, make sure an
on-site all-pole disconnect switch is installed by others!
Pos. 3:
Alarm signals (contact 814-815 closed -> condensate pump fault)
Pos. 4:
Switch on electric heater with optional unit equipment
Pos. 5:
Fan control with EC motor
terminal 11.1: malfunction report output motor 1
terminal 11.4: control signal 0-10V / (PWM)
terminal 11.5: control signal / malfunction-report output mass
Pos. 6:
Supporting terminal for valves
Refer to the unit-specific wiring diagram for wiring other connecting terminals.
The alarm signal is on terminal 11.1. Individual alarm signals are ground-refer-
enced. In a trouble-free state the output transistor is closed, the signal is wired to
terminal 11.1 and connected to ground (identical to potential on terminal 11.5).
If a PWM signal is used for regulation, the latter must feature a basic frequency
between 1 KHz and 10 KHz. At < 10% pulsing the speed amounts to 0; at 14%
the motor is running at n
min
; at 100% the motor is running at n
max.
When actuated with a 0-10 V signal, consider that the speed is = 0 for an input
voltage of less than 1 V; if voltage amounts to 1.4 V the motor is running at n
min
;
with 10 V the motor is running at n
max.
6.8.1 Actuation of EC motor in units with an electric heater
In units with an electric heater the following minimum control signal size must be
maintained:
DencoHappel HyCassette-Geko with SWIRL® outlet controls by others is not pro-
vided. If the unit is equipped with electric heating and a SWIRL® outlet, use the
MATRIX 3500 controller.
NOTICE!
A maximum of 10mA current and 30V voltage can be applied to fault signal out-
puts. In a trouble-free state the output transistor is closed (E, C path).
According to the relevant regulations, an all-pole isolating device must be pro-
vided by others on site. If an earth leakage circuit breaker is used, all-current
sensitive types (type B) must be used.

DAMAGE TO THE UNIT!
If minimum control signal size is not maintained, units can sustain damage.
