9. How to Operate the Picture in Picture (PIP) function of the VGB-2000
Before using the User8 setting, users need to use the Picture in Picture (PIP) function of the SE-
1200MU. For the operation of the PIP function, please refer to following paragraphs.
The SE-1200MU provides the Picture in Picture function for users to adjust the size and position of the
PIP window. Moreover, it allows users to rotate the window and to crop the screen. Users can also
open the border of the windows for defining the border color. Please follow following steps for setting
the PIP window.
Step 1. Please select your desired chromakey button, Key 1 or Key 2 from the AUX BUSES panel. In
this example, users can press the Key 2 button to be the PIP screen.
Step 2. Please press the P-in-P button (lighted in green) from the KEYER CONTROLS panel for setting
the Key 2 as the P-in-P screen.
Step 3. If users want to open the Key 2 P-in-P screen in the MULTIVIEW preview screen, please press
the Key 2 PVW button (lighted in green) from the Transition Controls panel.
