Due to the built-in LCL filter, the unit will not feed the main wire with high dU/dt signals. That reduces the radiated
emission through the power cable. Cable screen can thus be omitted, allowing the line cables to be connected without
considering EMC requirements.
The active filter will be able to operate on long cable runs. Cable length is limited by the voltage drop. It is advised to keep
the cable lengths below 656 ft [200 m].
To protect the active filter, the recommended fuses must be used or the unit must have built-in fuses. Recommended fuses
can be seen in the tables of the fuse section. Always ensure that proper fusing is done according to local regulations.
