4.1 FLOW CONTROL VALVE

4.1.1 BONNET

1. After open the bonnet (1) and disconnect the

connector, remove the bolt (2) and the bonnet.

2. Remove the side cover (LH/RH) (3).

3. Disconnect the negative battery terminal (-) (4).

(For assembly)

When connect the battery terminal (-), apply a little
grease to it.

(1) Flow control valve

(5) Hose band

(2) Joint bolt

(6) Steering hose (T)

(3) O-ring

(7) Steering hose (P)

(4) Elbow

(8) Hydraulic tube (P1)

Tightening torque

44.1 Nm

4.5 kgf-m

32.5 lb-ft

4.1.2 FLOW CONTROL VALVE

1. Remove the hoses (6, 7) and hydraulic tube P1 (8).

2. Remove the joint bolt (2) and remove the flow con-

trol valve assembly (1).

(When reassembling)

•

Install the flow control valve assembly to the pump,
taking care not to damage the O-ring.
