A. SEPARATING BRAKE ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the brake rod (1).

2. Remove the mounting bolts and remove the brake

assembly (2).

(When reassembling)

4.1.6 DISASSEMBLING BRAKE ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the brake case cover mounting bolts (1),

case cover (13), Disc (3), brake plate (4), hub (12),
cam plate (5), and balls (6).

a. It is possible to disassemble as shown in the fig-

ure right.

(When reassembling)

•

Place the brake discs (3) so that the hole “A” of the
second disc should be overlapped 50 % or more.

•

Apply grease to the O-ring (7) and take care not to
damage them.
