4.19 DISASSEMBLING THE HST AS-

SEMBLY AND FRONT WHEEL
DRIVE ASSEMBLY

A. DISASSEMBLING THE HST ASSEMBLY

(CK22H)

1. Remove the bolts (1).

2. Disconnect the front axle case (3) from HST case

(2) as a unit.

3. Remove the bolt and the joint (4).

4. Remove the volts and HST case (2).

5. Remove the bolts (1) and nuts (2).

6. Remove the joint bolts (5, 10), HST return tubes (6,

7, 8), disconnect the HST assembly(3) from the
middle case (4).

7. Tap out the HST assembly (3).

(3) HST assembly

(8) HST return tube 3

(4) Middle case

(9) Drain tube
