disable gvrp
Purpose
Used to disable GVRP on the Switch.
Syntax
disable gvrp
Description
This command, along with
enable gvrp
, is used to enable and disable GVRP on the
Switch, without changing the GVRP configuration on the Switch.
Parameters None.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To disable the GARP VLAN Registration Protocol (GVRP):

show vlan
Purpose
Used to display the current VLAN configuration information including parameters settings
and operational value on the Switch.
Syntax
show vlan {[<vlan_name 32> | vlanid <vidlist>] | ports <portlist>}
Description
This command is used to display summary information about each VLAN including the
VLAN ID, VLAN name, the Tagging/Untagging status, and the Member/Non–
member/Forbidden status of each port that is a member of the VLAN.
Parameters
<vlan_name 32>

The VLAN name of the VLAN for which to display a summary of
settings.
vidlist
– Specifies a list of VLANs by VLAN ID.
ports –
Specifies a port or range of ports for which the VLAN status is to be displayed.
Restrictions None.
Example usage:
To display the Switch’s current VLAN settings:
