Replacing SFP+ Cables

Take the following steps to replace an SFP+ cable:

Gently push in the connector of an SFP+ cable.

Pull the handle at the back of the cable to pull the SFP+ cable connector out of the SFP+ port on the switch.



During the operation, make sure the SFP+ cable’s bending radius is no less than eight times as much as its
diameter.



Do not push cables too hard during the replacement. Be sure to replace cables correctly.
