Operator panel
The TouchMix® is a PC with touchscreen interface,
where the PaintManager formula management
software and MoonWalk dispensing software are pre-
installed.
The operator panel can be installed both on the left
or on the right side of the machine. To offer the best
ergonomical conditions to the operator, it can be
oriented, inclined and adjusted in height.
Lower and side rack storage modules
These are the modules where the operator picks
up and docks back the pumping groups.
The lower storage module is the actual machine
base.
The machine has also a side vertical storage
module, that can be mounted at the left or at the
right, in-line or in a corner configuration.
In the central module, above the dispensing
module, there is an additional storage rack.
Toner bottle replacement station
The station can be fixed to a wall near the machine, or
also on the left or right of the vertical storage module
and allows to replace a toner bottle in the pumping
group.
Heater (optional)
The heater is a device that evenly distributes hot air
inside the machine. It activates when the temperature
drops under a certain value, set by a thermostat.
By properly closing the roller blinds of the machine, it is
possible to obtain an even temperature inside; this will
keep the toners in the best working condition.
The heater is electrically powered independently from
the machine and must be kept always on.
