Output Settings
The switch functions of the available relay outputs of the ACom can be defined individual-
ly. Each relay can be assigned the function of normally open (rest status open) or normal-
ly closed (rest status closed).
By selecting the switch times you also determine whether the switch relay in question is
meant to react in a bi-stable or monostable manner. Example: When a lamp which has
been turned on by an alarm is meant to remain switched on after the end of the alarm,
you would have to select the option
Forever . If a siren which has been switched on by an
alarm is meant to emit a sound for the duration of 45 seconds, you would have to select
the option 45 (seconds).

Under normal circumstances, you would define the function of the relays by the
choice of terminal. Therefore you should choose the option
