• Enter: a:setup

and click 

OK

. The installation programme is being started. (If you have inserted the

discette into the drive b:, you must enter b:setup.)

• Select a language and follow the instructions of the installation programme.

• After the installation has been successfully completed, take the discette out of the

drive.

You may now start CMCtrl immediately.

Important

If you do not need the programme on your computer anymore, you can per-
form deinstallation simply by deleting the entire directory.

Start/end Programme

Once you have completed the installation procedure successfully, you will find the pro-
gramme icon in the folder 

NCTerm

.

• Connect the ACom to the power supply and connect it to a serial interface of the

computers (see also the chapter on modems, page 14).

• Click 

Start 

in the Windows task bar.

• Select option 

Control Terminal

 in the folder 

Programme 

and click on the icon of 

Control

Terminal

. The programme window will appear on your screen.

• To end the programme, click on the X in the right hand corner of the title bar. The

programme window will be closed.
