2.2 Menus and changeable features
2.2.1 Status menu
The status menu can be considered as the default menu. It is shown at start-up of the controller and it will
revert to this menu after one minute when the keyboard activity stops while displaying a different menu. The
following messages are displayed :
•
Machine status (e.g. standby, blowing down, onload, offload, etc.)
•
Time and day
•
Errors - active faults are blinking (e.g. High Air Temp, low oil press, etc.)
H denotes high warning only. HH denotes high shutdown.
Ready to start Awaiting start button to be pressed
Starting busy In star-delta starting operation
Offload Running unloaded
On load 50% Running ½ load
On load 100% Running full load
Stop busy Stopping has been initiated and will run unloaded for set time.
Blowing down Stopped and cannot be restarted until blow down time has been reached.
Standby Compressor available but waiting for system pressure to drop before starting.
2.2.2 Error log menu
The Controller saves the 10 most recent occurred faults. By using the up and down arrow-button all the
messages can de displayed. Below an example is given:
Display message Meaning
Fault log nr. 1
High pressure fault Occurred fault number 1 is being displayed.
Fault log nr. 2
Emergency stop Occurred fault number 2 is being displayed.
Fault log nr. 3
Air filter P warning Occurred fault number 3 is being displayed.
Fault log nr. 4
Temperature probe fault Occurred fault number 4 is being displayed.

Etc.

After a fault has been selected and the enter-button is pushed continuously, the date and time is displayed
when the fault occurred.
2.2.3 Timer menu
In the timer menu the following timers can be checked:
Parameter Meaning
Hours run Total running hours
Half load Total running hours in half load
Full load Total running hours in full load
Stage 3 cycles No of times the 3
rd
stage pressure has cycled past the low 3
rd
stage pressure (15bar)
Service Remaining hours before service is required
