4.7.1.3 ALARM LIST
The Alarm list for the RD-9120 is shown below, these are enabled/disabled with OMT/OMC by placing a
‘tick’ in the adjacent box against the required alarm condition and select ‘Set’:

UL / DL LNA
Monitor whether uplink/downlink LNA is normal.
Power Down
Check whether the AC power supply is down.
Power Fault
Check whether the power supply is at fault.
Chassis Lock
Check whether the enclosure door is closed.
Over Temp.
Check whether the temperature in the enclosure is too high.
UL
/
DL
PA
Check whether uplink/downlink power amplification is
normal.
Input Power Low
Check whether the input power is too low.
Self-Oscillation
Check whether the system is in the status of self-excited
oscillation.
UL / DL VSWR alarm
Check whether the MT and DT antenna VSWR is normal.
UL / DL High / Low edge PLL
Check whether local PLL is normal.
UL / DL Power Low
Check whether uplink/downlink output power is too low.

On the OMT/OMC screen, the alarm is colour coded to indicate its status:
z
Red indicates failure, and an alarm condition is generated.
z
Green indicates normal, and no alarm is generared.
z
Gray indicates null, meaning alarm can not be read (i.e. PW On/OFF set to ‘OFF’)
