Assembling the Cast-In-Place Template

To assemble the template

Unpack the template hardware from the shipping kit.

Place the four bracket members on the ground, arranged as follows:

• Place the two long brackets parallel with each other, with the labels (Front, Rear) up and the arrows

pointing toward the outside.

• Place the two short brackets between (and perpendicular to) the long members, with the labels (Left,

Splice) up and the arrows pointing toward the outside.

Assemble the Clearfield cast-in-place template as follows.

Align the Left bracket screw holes with the counterpart holes on the Front and Rear brackets.

Align the Splice bracket screw holes with the counterpart holes on the Front and Rear brackets.
