Fiber Active Cabinet (FAC) 3200

Installation Manual

_________________________________________________________

Replacing the Lifting Eye Bolts

After the cabinet is securely mounted, seal the roof by replacing the lifting eyebolts with button-head Allen bolts from the

installation kit.

Note:

The four bolts on the cabinet roof secure the roof assembly to the cabinet. When replacing the eyebolts, remove and

replace each bolt in sequence. Do not remove all bolts at the same time.

CAUTION!

Replace the eyebolts one at a time to ensure that the roof is securely attached to the cabinet at all

times.

To replace the lifting eyebolts

Step 1:

Using a screwdriver, unscrew and remove a lifting eyebolt from the top of the cabinet.

Using the Clearfield-supplied telco hex key, install a button-head Allen bolt into the vacant bolt hole.

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to replace each additional lifting eyebolt on the cabinet roof, one at a time.
