Transport
If conserved, use the original packaging; otherwise, use a pallet of adequate di-
mensions to hold the generator, affixing instructions in visible locations, such as:
THIS WAY UP, FRAGILE

Take the necessary precautions so that the generator is never exposed to tem-
peratures lower than 5°C during transport and storage: risk of the demineralized
water freezing inside the electrolytic cell, with consequent permanent damage
to the generator.
9.3.
Storage
Before storing the generator make sure that the uninstall operations have been
carried out correctly.
After lengthy storage (less than 6 months) it is recommended, if the aforemen-
tioned operations have not been carried out, to ensure proper functioning of the
generator, to perform the following steps:
1.
drain the water from the generator (see
par. 6.6. Draining generator water
);
2.
fill the external tank (see
par. 4. Demineralized water
);
Now you can start the generator.

Do NOT store the Resin bed when wet! It CANNOT be reused!

Spent Resin bed material is special waste, dispose of it as such in ac-
cordance with current regulations, do not dump it in the environment!

Replace the Resin Bed by carrying out the guided procedure
If the storage time exceeds six months, carry out all the operations described in
par. 8. Initial start-up
