Option 5 – Criterion
Whilst in Custom Mode it is possible to change all the legislative criterion levels
as listed below: -

Action Values
The point at which vibration exposure levels requires controlling to reduce the
risk to employees.
Limit Values
The maximum value that vibration exposure levels must not exceed.

to toggle Criterion ON/OFF.

to enter a new Exposure Action Value.
Press

to enter a new Exposure Limit Value.
Press

to enter a new VDV Exposure Action Value.
Press

to enter a new VDV Exposure Limit Value.
Enter the new value using the numeric keypad, for example enter
0250
for a
value of 2.50. The decimal point is applied automatically.
Use the
Left Arrow
key
to delete unwanted input or press the
OK
key to
accept the inputted value. An Invalid input will give an ‘
Out of Range
’ error
message.
