7 - MAINTENANCE

Grille screen and radiator area

Check the radiator, coolers, and engine compartment for build up of debris, dirt, and other material that might impede
cooling components.

Park on level ground, raise the loader arm, and en-
gage the safety support strut.

Shut down the engine and place a 'Do Not Operate'
tag on the key switch.

Allow time for the engine to cool.

Use a 16 mm tool to remove the six bolts

(1)

that

secure the radiator bumpers

(2)

Remove the radiator bumpers.

Tip the grille up from the bottom and lift away from
the machine.

Use a 13 mm tool to remove the two bolts that secure
the coolers.

Swing the coolers out to clean.
