Remove the Z-motor (upper motor) from the back
of the X-carriage plate.

a.

Use a 4mm hex key to remove the four (4)
M5

×

10mm SHCS securing the motor.

5.

Remove the drive pulley from the Z-motor drive
shaft.

a.

Use a 1.5mm hex key to loosen the two
(2) set screws on the drive pulley.

b.

Use even pressure to pry off the drive
pulley with a couple of screwdrivers,
needle nose pliers, or both.

DO NOT

BEND THE DRIVE SHAFT
