Replacement
1. Prepare a suitable container to catch drained cooling
water.
Drain bolt
2. Remove the drain bolt located at the bottom of the
radiator.
3. Drain cooling water and clean the inside of the radi-
ator.
Reference:
When the radiator cap is removed, cooling
water can be drained more easily.
4. Replace the drain bolt and supply cooling water.
Treat the cooling water properly.
7.6.2 Battery Electrolyte
Keep open flames away from battery. Battery gases can easily ignite.
● Avoid skin or clothing contact with battery electrolyte to avoid burns.
● Always stop engine and turn the ignition switch to the [O (OFF)] position when
inspecting or removing the battery.
Inspection / Adding Electrolyte
1. Open the battery box cover.
2. Check the electrolyte level. If the level
is low, add electrolyte.

Between UPPER LEVEL and
LOWER LEVEL line
Battery electrolyte: Distilled water
