If you are using Windows 2000, select [Connect to a printer on the Internet or
on your intranet]

enter the URL (the IP address of your printer) in [URL]

click [Next].

http://<the machine IP address or printer name>/printer

A dialog box for selecting the printer’s manufacturer and printer’s name
appears.

Click [Have Disk]

➞

specify the folder on the CD-ROM that contains the printer

driver.

Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the
installation.

The printer location settings are complete.
