Check that [Microsoft Windows TCP/IP Printing] is installed.

Right click the [Network Neighborhood] icon on the screen

click [Properties].

Click the [Services] tab to display the [Services] sheet.
If [Microsoft TCP/IP Printing] is not included in Network Services, proceed to step 2.
Otherwise, skip to step 3.

If necessary, install [Microsoft TCP/IP Printing].

Click [Add].

Select [Microsoft TCP/IP Printing] from [Network Service]

click [OK].
