Specify the port settings.

Click the [Ports] tab to display the [Ports] sheet.

Click [Add Port] to open the [Printer Ports] dialog box.

From [Available Printer Ports], select [LPR Port]

click [New Port].
The [Add LPR compatible printer] dialog box opens.

Enter the IP address or host name of the printer in [Name or address of server
providing lpd].

Enter “LP” in [Name of printer or print queue on that server]

click [OK].
