Printer Maintenance

Put the empty cartridge into a plastic bag and seal it.

●

Handle the empty cartridge carefully when you place it into the plastic bag to prevent staining
your clothing or the work area, then discard the bag and cartridge in accordance with local
laws and regulations regarding the disposal of such items.

Close the front door.

●

Replace an ink cartridge quickly. Promptly discard any ink cartridges that you have
removed.

●

Never apply excessive force nor drop an ink cartridge. Ink can stain clothing and
the work area.

●

After installing an ink cartridge, do not remove it unless you must replace it. This
could shorten the life of the consumables.
