Click the Yes button.
The print settings are registered in the Setting List.

To change the name of a file that contains registered settings, select the name in
the Setting List, then click Register/Delete. Change the name in the Register and
Delete Settings dialog box and then click the Register button.

To delete a file that contains registered settings, select the name in the Setting List,
then click Register/Delete. Confirm that the name to delete is under Select Register
Destination in the Register and Delete Settings dialog box then click the Delete
button. The Item Names in the Setting List is restored to Unregistered.
