Paper Jams

If paper jams while the printer is printing, the printer will stop and the Status Monitor will
display a paper jam message. Follow the procedure below to remove the jammed paper.

Open the front door.

●

Never touch the parts around the printhead shaded blue in the illustration below.
This could damage the printer or cause personal injury.
