Math Channels
With the
Math Channels
, you can link
sensors
together through logical functions. You can add,
subtract, multiply, and divide from the basic arithmetic operations with up to five variables (
sensors

or fixed values Choose a total of up to eight
math channels
.
In the following example, the
power
in kW is calculated from the torque and speed sensors. The
mathematical formula for the calculation is:

With the torque in Nm and the speed in 1/min and the result in kW, the following formula results:
