Product Warranty, RMA, and Contact Information
CalAmp guarantees that every Viper SC+
™
IP router will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship for
one (1) year from the date of purchase when used within the limits set forth in the specifications section of this
manual.
The manufacturer’s Warranty Statement is available on the following page. If the product proves defective during the
warranty period, contact CalAmp Customer Service to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

WHEN CALLING.
When returning a product, mark the RMA clearly on the outside of the package. Include a complete description of the
problem and the name and telephone number of a contact person. RETURN REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.
For units in warranty, customers are responsible for shipping charges to CalAmp. For units returned out of warranty,
customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Return shipping instructions are the responsibility of the customer.
