Electrical Fittings

8.7.1

Docking Station

The panel (Fig. 91,3) can be connected to two
docking stations. One docking station is located
in the living area above the conversion door
(Fig. 92) and the second docking station is on
the dashboard in the driver’s cabin (Fig. 93).

Connecting:

Place the panel on the docking station and
press lightly on the panel. The panel locks
audibly in place.

Removal:

³

Press both buttons (Fig. 91,1) on the panel
simultaneously.

³

Remove the panel from the docking station.

8.7.2

Switch the 12 V Power Sup-
ply On/Off

The rotary knob (Fig. 91,2) switches the panel
and the 12 V power supply to the living area on
and off.

Exception: safety/drainage valve, heater, basic
light (lighting in the entrance area), entrance
step and an AES refrigerator are always ready
to operate.

If the panel is not connected to the
docking station, a button cell sup-
plies power for a short while (bat-
tery type: Lithium-manganese,
3 V, 180 mA). Therefore never
separate the panel from the dock-
ing station for long periods.

vertically) when connecting the
panel to the docking station.
