SYNTAX:

1 or ON -> The date is printed out.
0 or OFF -> The date is not printed out.

RESPONSE:

1 -> If date printout is active.
0 -> If date printout is inactive.

RESTRICTION:

This command is not permissible if a measurement is in progress or the
device is in the calibration mode.

This resets the numerator to 0.
