Settings
Use the Settings menu to confi gure your TeraStation.

Click Start - All Programs - BUFFALO - iSCSI Connection Tool - iSCSI Connection Tool . iSCSI Connection Tool will
launch.
For Windows 8, click the
iSCSI Connection Tool .

Settings opens.
1 Enter the username and password.

Click Login .
If 2 or more TeraStations are connected, select the one to confi gure. Write down
the TeraStation’s IP Address. Click
Settings from the Confi guration menu.
Initially, use the default username and password.
Username:
admin
Password: password
Notes:
• Settings supports Firefox 1.5 or later, Internet Explorer 6 SP 2 or later, and
Safari 3 or later.
• If proxy is enabled on your browser, Settings will not be displayed correctly.
Disable proxy if it is enabled.
• Security settings may prevent Settings from displaying normally. In
Internet Explorer, select
Tools - Internet Options - Security and set security to
Local intranet .
• To open Settings from a browser window, type the TeraStation’s IP
address into the URL fi eld of the browser, then press the Enter key. Enter the
username and password as above.
