1.  Replace the reconstituted wash solution with R1 buffer of Electrode test kit. 
2.  Disconnect the starter tube (B, Figure 2) from the steel capillary (A) and insert it in a vial 

containing distilled water (the same where also the other end C, is placed) 

3.  Follow the instructions of package insert and fill in the form:

 (available upon request and included in the kit 

GEN603).
